Longevity Nurse Practitioner
Hundred is a precision health and telehealth platform helping people feel great for longer. We combine advanced lab testing, personalized treatment and ongoing care across hormones, weight loss, sexual health and longevity.
We're looking for an independent NP to partner with our clinical team on telehealth engagements, with hormone therapy (TRT and male/female HRT) at the core.
The scope of work
- Synchronous video consults for hormone therapy and other programs where live visits are required
- Review asynchronous cases (intake and labs) and make treatment decisions within your scope
- Respond to clinical patient messages about dosing, side effects, refills and lab results
- Prescribe and adjust therapy, including PDMP checks where required
- Consult with our Medical Director on complex or high-risk cases
What you bring
- Active, unrestricted NP licenses in CA, TX, FL, AZ, NV (required). VA, NC, GA, PA, IL, WA, CO, OH, OR, MA, SC, MN, UT a big plus
- Active DEA registration in your licensed states
- Board certification (FNP, AGPCNP or WHNP)
- 4+ years prescribing hormone therapy, plus GLP-1s and sexual health
- Telehealth experience, especially async and message-based care
- Comfort with EMRs and e-prescribing (compounded meds a plus)
- Willingness to enter collaborative or supervisory agreements where required
